Russell Stover chocolates are still handcrafted in small batches, using original recipes created by company founder, Clara Stover, in the kitchen of her Denver bungalow home. We proudly manufacture our chocolates in the heartland of the United States of America, and have maintained this tradition since Clara Stover founded the company in 1923. We even make most of our boxes here, too. Our factories located in Kansas, Missouri, Texas, and Colorado employ generations of candy makers and box builders who take pride in making chocolates for our neighbors near and far. We are honored that our chocolates have been part of American traditions and culture for decades, and proud to manufacture them at home in America. During warm weather, extra time is needed to prepare and ship orders, and not all delivery options are always available. Temperatures in the zip codes your order is shipped to help determine delivery options. An extra day of preparation is required for shipments during warm weather. Standard shipping is only offered as an option on points that are 2 days from the FedEx distribution center in Nashville, TN. Standard and 2nd Day Shipping orders are shipped Monday through Thursday to residential addresses, and Monday through Wednesday to business addresses. Next Day Shipping Orders are shipped Monday through Friday to residential addresses and Monday through Thursday to business addresses. During warm weather, we take special care to make sure your orders arrive in good condition. Your orders are carefully packed in insulated cartons with iced gel packs to help keep your candy fresh. You don't pay extra for these special packing materials. Please don't refuse our shipments. Note any possible handling or heat damage to the FedEx delivery representative. We fully guarantee our products.
