Rob Russell is the owner and broker of Russell Properties. He started in real estate in 1978. Has owned, leased, managed and sold commercial and residential property during that tenure. For the past thirty-five years, Rob has specialized in the management and sale of over 3000 homes in Central Florida. Rob graduated from the University of Florida in Gainesville, where he received his Real Estate license in 1978 and later a Brokers license from Rollins College. Rob is a member of the Orlando Area Association of Realtors (OAAR) and the National and Florida Board of Realtors. He also is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). Hobbies include antiques, roses, and travel. Rob has an antique shop in Blowing Rock, NC. and is a certified American Rose Society horticulture and arrangement rose judge, which takes him to national and international rose events. Rob is married to Pam Russell who is from Atlanta GA.

Cindi Shaffer has been active with management compainies in central Florida and in particular residential property management for 25 years . She initially joined R. Russell Properties in 1989 and has returned in 2014 to use her extensive property management and rental agreement experience to serve our valued owners and tenants.
She has held a Florida real estate sales license since 1980 and a Florida real estate broker’s license since 1995. Cindi attended Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida studying business management which has turned now into real estate management. She is an active member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers and has been a long time member of the Orlando Area Association of Realtors. Prior to her long career as a residential property manager, dealing with rental agreements, Cindi was already involved in real estate property management and rental companies as a community association manager for condominiums in Altamonte Springs and Vero Beach, Florida and headed a state government program in Tallahassee for lease acquisitions and renovation of commercial space or state-owned institutions. Cindi spends much of her spare time with her two grandchildren, is active in her church and when she can get away from town, likes to go on cruises or to the mountains.

Manuel is a member of the Orlando Area Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Community Association Institute and has worked full time as a Community Association Manager for large scale communities in the Destin and Lake Mary FL areas. In pursuit of broadening his education and career, in 2004 Manuel obtained his Real Estate Broker License and has now become a member of Russell Properties “Team” as a NARPM property manager. I started my real estate career as an administrative assistant with R. Russell Properties in Altamonte Springs. In this capacity I worked with multiple property managers and all facets of Property Management. In late 2007, I joined RE/MAX Gold Partners in hopes of reaching more owners and assisting them with all their property management needs. As a property manager at RE/MAX I was diligent, caring and thorough in all my lease transactions. Due to the downturn in the real estate market in 2009-10, I decided to open a business of my own in a different field. After a brief time running this successful business, I have decided to return to R. Russell Properties to resume my property management career. Donna’s twenty years of exceptional performance in the accounting department has made her a leader in the office. A Central Florida resident for 30 years, Donna obtained her real estate license in 1989. Previously she worked in commercial property management, home property management and general real estate. Beginning her 20th year as Office Manager, Donna is timely and efficient, believes in our product and is an expert in PROMAS, our property management software system. In addition to overseeing the day-to-day front office activities she’s a problem solver. Born in New Jersey, Joanna has lived in the Orlando area most of her life. She is married and has one daughter. Joanna’s background in customer service with three years in property management and is our expert in our rental agreement form and our rental lease agreement... a great asset to her role as Office Assistant with Russell Properties. Joanna is involved in the day-to-day office operations while assisting the property managers. Joanna is timely and efficient and believes in getting the job done.
