Rubber Applications, Inc. was founded by Stan Hobby. Stan, president and majority owner, started his career in the Rubber Lining Industry in 1960. He went from the sandblasting nozzle in 1960 to founding Rubber Applications, Inc. in 1984. This has developed into one of the world's largest rubber lining facilities. Stan's many years of experience in the industry have made him familiar with every phase of the Rubber Lining process. He has developed and completed shop projects in a controlled environment, as well as completing major field projects where extreme weather conditions have called on his expertise to make the right decisions at critical times. These skills, along with his ability to manage, have been paramount in developing a team of journeymen liners, sandblasters, welders, office personnel, and sales people who have worked together to make Rubber Applications, Inc. a leading applicator in America and other parts of the world. Ronnie Bashlor came on board in the beginning, as an owner and Vice President in charge of Sales. Ronnie's sales expertise and his rapport with clients in the phosphate and power industry has been key in the company's success over the past twenty-five years.
