Reservations can be made 11 months in advance. A deposit of $10/day for daily and weekly or $200/mo for monthly reservations is required within 10 days of making a reservation. Reservations made 30 days or less prior to arrival require a 50% deposit. No refund of deposit unless a written notice is received thirty (30) days prior to arrival date. 25% of reservation deposit will be retained for all cancellations, except for cancellations made 6 months or more in advance of reservation start date - in such cases, 100% refund is given.
