I don't even know where to start because Victoria at Royal Events and Services was AMAZING!!! I just graduated from school in May and my wedding was in October, so that wasn't a lot of time for me to save up extra money for the wedding. She worked with me so I could have exactly what I wanted. Other vendors told me I either have to change my vision or add a few more grand to my budget. I really liked the fact that she was able to do a mock-up of my centerpieces so I knew exactly what I was getting. My centerpieces came out so amazing that my guests even stole some at the end of the night (which she was very understanding). I believed my flowers took my wedding up a notch and made it look very glamorous even though I had to stick to a budget. Originally I was planning on doing my own BM's bouquets to save money but she really wanted me to relax and enjoy my wedding and made me an offer I couldn't refuse. The BM's bouquets was amazing and I don't regret the money I spent on it. It was so amazing that my wedding will be getting a feature in Marry Me Tampa Bay! If I had to do it again (*knock on wood*) I would definitely book Victoria again in a heartbeat. Victoria and her team were lifesavers, we couldn’t have pulled off this wedding without her! She made our dream wedding a reality and one that we and our guests will never forget. She was able to take our beach wedding vision and run with it. Royal events took care of everything from A-Z, something that we never could have done with our difficult school/work schedule and the unexpected challenge of having to find a new venue in the middle of the planning due to our original venue having to cancel all beach weddings. Throughout all the challenges presented to her, Victoria was optimistic and kept her cool and in turn kept us sane. She took care of EVERYTHING, calling vendors, providing feedback, setting up our wedding website, rehearsal dinner, post wedding breakfast, late night soiree/bonfire, flowers, favors, guest bags and programs. The list was endless! We’re still getting phone calls and notes from guests telling us what a great time they had and how impressed they were with all the attention to detail. Overall, I can’t recommend Victoria and her team enough, you will not be disappointed and will enjoy your wedding so much more knowing that all is taken care of. Thank you for making our dream wedding a reality ! I am a fairly organized person and so I used their day of coordinator option. I was ahead if every internet timeline, yet I'm not sure I could have done this without RES. Eveyone said it was the most fun AND well organized wedding they've ever been to. Ashanti was incredibly resposive to emails and really helped make sure I had everythjng I needed. She went above and beyond what I would expect from a DOC. Friendly sevice, wonderful execution. We can't thank Royal Events Services enough for helping to make our wedding day perfect! Victoria and Ashanti helped to keep us organized with every detail. When our wedding day finally came, everyone around me kept commenting on how calm I was. That's because I had full trust in RES to execute all of the details. Not only did they execute......Victoria and Ashanti went above and beyond our expectations! We also used RES for our florals. They turned out even better than we imagined. Our Guest was blown away and could not stop commenting on how AMAZING everything looked. Royal Event Services is worth every single penny and will make your planning process so much easier. RES WAS THE BEST WEDDING DECISION WE MADE!! I will truly miss working with them! I was in the process of looking for a wedding planner and meet so many in the process but just couldn't find the right one. When I explained my vision they look overwhelmed or they were not affordable. I met Victoria over a year ago and thought to myself I bet her prices must be triple the cost of most Tallahassee wedding planners. Long story short Victoria understood my crazy ideas and made it EXTREMELY affordable ! Our wedding was on 9/4 in Tallahassee FL and it was almost canceled because of a hurricane that hit the very same weekend. After a year of planning the perfect wedding my dreams were almost shattered. Royal Events was able to organize a plan B in less then 24hrs. Not only did they deliver a great wedding, but they exceeded our original expectations. My husband stated "that if it were not for Royal Events Services he would be broken hearted if I couldn't get the wedding of my dreams". I recommend them to anyone. They respond promptly. They have the best priced rental rates for flowers, equipment and decorations. And they deliver on your wedding day. You will get the dream wedding of your lifetime guaranteed . RES were heaven sent and a true blessing to me and my husband.They are very passionate with what they do,and they will fight through any battles in order to make sure you have your dream wedding! We Love you guys and Thank you so much! For me, an important part in selecting a vendor is finding a good personality fit. Victoria was a fresh of breath air has such a sweet spirit...her appreciation and excitement for my desired "look" gave me so much confidence in how it would all come together. I walked into the room just before our guests and my eyes immediately watered...it was breathtakingly beautiful. And...she patiently worked through several changes while respecting out budget. Our guests were blown away and other folks not attending the wedding made a point to share how much they admired the flowers. Victoria and her business partner even provided a sense of calm when a couple of stressful moments about non-floral related items occurred and saved the day.
