After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Purdue University in 2000, Scott Moorehead immediately began working for TCC. A natural-born business leader with great vision, Scott worked his way up the TCC corporate ladder by working every position within the company, including selling in the stores, driving the delivery truck, installing satellites, working in the call center and handling accounts receivable. This afforded him the opportunity to learn every aspect of each department and where efficiencies could be implemented. In November 2008, Scott was named president and CEO of TCC. Under his leadership, the company’s revenue has grown from $137.4 million in 2008 to $825.3 million in 2014. During that same time, Scott grew the company from 190 stores and 774 employees to more than 630 stores and 1,700 employees. Today, TCC is the largest Verizon Premium Wireless Retailer in the U.S. While building TCC, Scott began to focus on additional growth opportunities in complimentary areas and investing in new companies. This lead to the establishment of Round Room LLC to steward further growth and development of emerging technologies and businesses. While Scott has accomplished a lot in his career, one of the biggest highlights is the launch of the Culture of Good, a company-wide initiative to give back to every community in which it does business. To date, more than $3 million has been donated through Culture of Good efforts. Chad Jensen began working for TCC in 2009 as chief financial officer. As CFO of Round Room and TCC, Chad is responsible for the finance, accounting and mergers and acquisition functions of the company. For several years, he was also in charge of both the human resources and information technology departments. Chad completely revamped TCC’s finance department, building his own team and structure and hiring more than 30 employees to work with him. He’s devoted a significant amount of time to building the framework for each of these positions. A graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, Chad earned a double major in accounting and finance. He and his wife Calhoun have been married for 12 years and have two children: Chayse, 10, and Kate, 7. Conrad joined Round Room and TCC as Chief Marketing Officer in 2015. He is responsible for marketing, product and service innovation in addition to growing new and existing brands in the Round Room family. Conrad is also focused on strategies and tactics to provide a consistent and delightful experience at all points of contact with our customers. Conrad is an innovator in product, design and marketing. From 100 story buildings to applications for 2” LCD displays, Conrad has conceptualized, designed and marketed highly integrated experiences at many scales. Over the last 11 years, Conrad has focused on mobile, building hybrid teams of UX designers, industrial designers, electrical engineers, software engineers, marketers, and product managers in an effort to innovate and unify hardware and software experiences as an executive for NQ Mobile, Samsung, and Motorola. Among other experiences, Conrad also spent time in management consulting at Arthur Andersen, and worked in the Retail Design Group at Frankel (now Arc Worldwide). Katie joined the TCC in 2013 and was involved in the formation of Round Room. She assists in leading corporate strategic and tactical legal initiatives. Katie serves as a member of the Company’s executive team and manages all legal functions within the Round Room enterprise. This includes all major business transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures; the Company’s financing, including assessing and advising on current and future business structures and legal entities; compliance; employment matters; intellectual property and customer-related issues for the consumer-facing businesses; definition and development of enterprise policies, procedures and programs; and commercial agreements. Katie also oversees TCC’s Real Estate Department. Prior to joining the team, Katie was in private practice as a member of the Corporate Finance Team at Faegre Baker Daniels in Indianapolis for over 7 years. Then she transitioned to become the Corporate Counsel at Closure Systems International, a global manufacturing business.
