Joe was born in Chicago and raised in Buffalo Grove, Illinois where he was a successful entrepreneur and painting contractor.  Joe and his wife Robin have been married for more than 30 years.  After they moved their family To Arizona in 1994, they purchased a Grout Doctor franchise.  Together, they worked their way up from single franchisee to multiple unit franchisee to franchisor.  With Joe handling training and operations and Robin handling Sales and Marketing, they grew the company from 7 to 70 franchisees.   After Joe became medically retired, they sold The Grout Doctor Franchise Corp and their remaining local Grout Doctor franchise and Robin returned to Real Estate, which was and still is her true passion!   Joe currently enjoys filling the much needed role on the team of Field Services.  He loves helping the team members and clients with all the miscellaneous field work including sign maintenance, brochure box and flyer management, minor home maintenance issues, deliveries and so much more! to help you if you are looking for...
