ABOUT THE COMPANY Roslyn Pines, Inc. is a family owned real estate development company located in Palm Beach County Florida. We specialize in Custom Home Building, Renovations and Interior/Landscape Design. Every detail is attended to from state of the art amenitites to quality construction with only the finest products. In 1918, Carmine Martucci set off from Italy at the age of 15 to discover what America had to offer. After years of hard work he finally settled in Roslyn, NY, with his wife. He started his own Ice and Coal Delivery business. When his son Frank returned from Korea in 1951, they started their own construction company called Roslyn Pines. They purchased the Nicholls Estate and built the Old Westbury Pines and then the Reubel Estate and the Roslyn Pines. The purchase of the Thomas Fortune Ryan Estate in North Hills led to the creation of the Renaissance Country Club. After 32 successful years of fine estate catering and a full service country club, they went on to develop High Point, a luxury Long Island Community. In 1986, Frank and his wife went on to start their own catering company called the Renaissance Galaxie in Plainview, NY. There he was joined by his two daughters. In 1997, Frank moved his business down to Florida to join Carmine in his building pursuits in the South. There were four generations involved in the business until recently. Sadly, Carmine passed away in December 2007 just before his 104 birthday. He will be missed by his loving family so much.
