We purchased an old condo in Naples and chose to do a complete rehab so we could start fresh. Rosalinda developed a new open floor plan, assisted with the selection of all cabinetry, flooring, lighting, plumbing fixtures and appliances. As we are snowbirds, we were unable to be in town during the majority of time this project took. Therefore Rosalinda oversaw the work of the GC during our absence, which was incredibly helpful to us. After the construction phase was complete, our designer assisted us with window treatments, furnishings and art. Rosalinda is extremely organized, knowledgeable about current decorating trends and exhibited incredible attention to detail. Outstanding! Highly recommended! Rosalinda led the design and refresh of our condo (in a midrise building) and also was hired as the designer to complete the $350,000 refresh of the common areas in the building. She did an exceptional job on both and we were very pleased with her access to vendors, the quality of the products recommended, and most importantly her design concepts and client service. I would highly recommend her to other homeowners or condo boards considering updating common areas.
