Roho Kitchen is an abode for everything culinary. We are a family-owned business established in 2008, located in the heart of Broward specializing in full service catering for social events and weddings, corporate lunches, team buildings and cooking classes. In addition, Roho Kitchen offers culinary experiences at our venue such as hands-on cooking classes, wine and food pairings and underground social dinners. Our event space is available for meetings, networkers and private events for up to 45 guests. Jorge Montes is the charismatic Executive Chef behind Roho Kitchen. Peruvian-born, Miami-raised Chef, Jorge was most happy in the kitchen with his mom and grandmother. Those mouthwatering scents, bold flavors and warm laughs created a joyous and memorable environment that cemented his love and appreciation for food. In 2008, ready to begin a new adventure, Jorge co-founded Roho Kitchen with the same passion for food and a vision to build more than just a business. His food style can be described as global fusion as it often reflects his love of world cuisines, exotic spices and diverse cooking techniques.
