There he helped practitioners understand, comply with, and appreciate Medicare billing rules. Dr. Rogan, who’s currently a Sacramento, CA-based consultant, has extensive experience with medical and medical-legal matters. His customers also include hospital medical staff peer review committees. Dr. Rogan consults to health care industry companies including pharmaceutical manufacturers, device manufacturers, clinical laboratories, health care attorneys, other health care consulting firms, venture capital firms, medical societies, physician practices, and publishers.
