Bev has been in the rental market for several years. Her career began in residential sales, but she later chose to operate as a rental specialist. Bev is qualified by a North Carolina Real Estate Sales License and a North Carolina Real Estate Broker’s License. Her business goal is to maintain a current awareness of the local residential market and deliver an informed service that is responsive to market change. Bev Roberts is not only the owner and broker-in-charge of Bev Roberts Rentals, she’s also a mother of three and grandmother of three. Bev is truly fortunate to work as a team with two of her children, Nick Roberts and Amy Welsh, and son-in-law, Craig Brockman. Her other son, Lee Roberts, also works as a property manager in his area of residence.
