In 2011, while looking for an office that would help propel my business to the next level, I made another pivotal decision and moved my Real Estate license to Keller Williams Heritage Realty. It has been an AWESOME experience! While with Keller Williams, I have been regularly recognized for my Sales skills, Production levels and commitment to our Keller Williams Culture. In 2013, I was awarded the Cultural Icon Award, our very highest non-production Award, which demonstrates kindness in the workplace, and respect for others. I also serve on the Agent Leadership Council and enjoy teaching classes to the agents in our Market Center. Now, in 2014, I am once again making a stellar decision in partnering-up with Bob McNelis, a successful, Top-producing Realtor & respected Attorney. We both look forward to being able to serve our treasured Clients better by working as a team to meet & exceed your expectations. Married for nearly three years to my sports-fanatic husband Jim, we have a blended family of SIX children and three grandchildren, who are the lights of our lives! We count the days until College Football Season and are AVID supporters of the Florida State Seminoles and the Auburn Tigers! We are also season ticket holders for our Orlando City Soccer Team… bring on the MLS! When I am not selling Real Estate, I also enjoy Trivia, Travel and spending time with my beloved family. In 1986 after graduating law school, my wife, Teri and I settled in Central Florida and have continued to call it home since then. I began my legal career at a small “boutique law firm” in Longwood and eventually built my own successful law practice. After about 14 years of practicing law, I transitioned into becoming a Certified Mediator and real estate investor. This allowed me to spend more time with my family, including coaching my kids in various sports. As our children were becoming young adults we decided to downsize our family home. At that time, I decided to get my real estate license so I could sell my own home. I also found that I had a passion for helping friends and clients with buying and selling their homes so I became a full-time realtor. One of the unique qualifications I could “bring to the table” as a realtor was my vast legal experience in real estate which included handling closings as well as general real estate litigation. Of course, the negotiation skills and knowledge I gained as an attorney come in handy when representing my current buyers and sellers. Within a few short years my business quickly grew and I was able to become a multimillion dollar top producing agent in our office. I’ve also been able earn the prestigious designation of Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist CLHMS by performing in the top 10% of my market. This membership allows me to provide additional invaluable marketing tools and resources to my luxury clients. In 2014, I decided to approach Kristin Mazza about forming a partnership. In my opinion, she is the best agent at my Keller Williams office. Fortunately, she agreed and we are now working as a team in order to better serve all of our friends and clients.
