In 1980, RG founders General Jack Robbins and Colonel John Gioia retired from the United States Air Force. They decided the best way to continue serving their country was to create the first firm specializing in program management services for the federal government. The two founded a company dedicated to helping clients avoid common sources of failure in implementing major programs. This vision – enhanced over the years with services in legacy systems modernization, innovation and technology transfer, production planning and control, and intelligence-based cybersecurity – has produced consistently superior results for public- and private-sector clients.
