Ron leads the continuity practice at Pondurance. With over 15 years of information security and business continuity experience, he brings seasoned expertise in all areas of risk advisory, incident response, and forensic investigations. In addition, his training as a US Army commissioned officer has equipped him with problem-solving and risk analysis capabilities well-suited for the tech world. Outside of work, Ron serves as a member of the Indiana Executive Council on Cybersecurity, as well as the FBI’s Indiana Cyber Threat Focus Group. He enjoys reading, biking, and triathlon competitions, and lives in Indianapolis with his wife, a campaign leader for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
Dennis manages day-to-day operations at Pondurance. He also develops new growth strategies and ensures all company operational and administrative services are effective and efficient. Prior to joining the team, Dennis was the Business Intelligence Program Manager for Allegion, with a focus on strategic development and platform integrations for the Americas. Outside the office, he enjoys running, swimming, cycling, spending time with friends, and spoiling his pug, Kiko.
Nick oversees the SOC at Pondurance, providing top-notch threat hunting and incident response services to many of the firm's clients. With a bachelor's degree in management information systems from Indiana State and a master's in cyber forensics from Purdue, Nick is also a graduate of the 67th Indiana State Police Recruit Academy. Prior to Pondurance, he spent eight years as an ISP trooper in multiple capacities, including two years managing the IN-ISAC and the State of Indiana's Security Operations Center. Nick works part time as an instructor with the University of Texas at San Antonio, where he is developing and teaching information security courses to state, local, tribal, and territorial (SLTT) government officials. In his spare time, he volunteers as a robotics coach, is a beginner blacksmith, and enjoys video gaming and archery.
Cathy serves as the head of accounting at Pondurance. She brings significant experience from a variety of industries to the team. Not only has she implemented various web-based solutions to design an integrated accounting system, but she’s also built a strategic planning and decision-making financial model for Pondurance. Outside of work, she volunteers at Hamilton Southeastern HS, implementing their first online ticketing software and event promotion. She also enjoys cooking, reading, walking, and singing in her church choir.
