Prior to founding Riverwood, Mr. Malone was Vice President, Senior Financial Advisor for Merrill Lynch, where he specialized in comprehensive portfolio planning, including investment policy, asset management, trust and estate planning, alternative investments and tax planning strategies. He was consistently recognized as a “Platinum” Advisor for outstanding quality of service and client satisfaction. A graduate of the College of Business at Florida State University, Mr. Malone joined Merrill Lynch in 1988 and offers more than 31 years of experience in the financial services industry. He has substantial expertise in the fields of equity selection, portfolio management, asset and liabilities management, and diversification strategies. He has managed money for individuals, small foundations, and small business pensions. As a fee-only advisory practice, we receive compensation only from our clients. We do not sell any financial products, do not collect sales commissions and do not accept referral fees.
