Risen Strength CrossFit is a new CrossFit box in Gainesville, Florida. We work out in a 600 square foot barn on my property. It's hot in the summer and cold in the winter, but its a blast!! Risen Strength CrossFit offers group classes which are limited to six (6) members at a time. This will ensure you are receiving more attention and better coaching. We also offer personal training in order to meet any specific specialized needs you may have. The personal training can also include a spouse or a friend at no extra cost.
