Welcome to Riley Power Group Riley Power Group was formed to provide a fresh approach to welding, field machining, pipefitting, electrical and I&C services for the power and petro-chem industries. As the President of RPG, I wanted to take a moment to emphasize to our employees and indeed our customers, that I place the importance and recognition of family on the highest rung of our company ladder. This is our foundation. While primarily a welding and field machining company, RPG comes to the market with a little twist. Rather than just going with the same old model, we are emphasizing engineering solutions, training, and forefront technology with the ultimate goal of developing a culture of excellence. Safety is one of our top priorities. We work very hard in instilling this as part of our company culture, which has resulted in an unprecedented record of no OSHA recordables with a .67 EMR rating and over 1,000,000 man hours. I can’t say enough on how proud I am of the leadership and commitment of our employees in going home every night safe and sound! There are many challenges facing energy providers today and how we meet those challenges will be determined in how we work together. RPG will strive to encourage teamwork, innovation, and providing a work environment that understands the value of our employees as well as our customers’ needs. A person once replied when asked about his success in the cattle business: “I know how to grow good grass.” We like to think about that when contemplating our relationship with our customers and workforce. RPG is not just in the welding and machining business, people business , and how we treat and reward our workforce and customers is what makes this company a true success.
