Later, he sold the highest dollar domain in history with the sale of Porn.com for $9.5M and most recently the sale of Slots.com for $5.5mm. He is also the visionary behind Live and online Domain Auctions, bringing transparency and an open market mentality to the domain industry, and spearheaded the development of the only true Domain Escrow and Appraisal services available in the market. Monte has also owned several businesses and significantly contributed to the successful initial public offerings of Pyxis Corporation and MedicaLogic, Inc.
