In 2010, Mike served as lead technician for Rossion Automotive. Rossion Automotive was a North American based company responsible for producing the limited-production, Rossion Q1. In 2007, Rossion accquired the chassis rights to the Brittish super-car, the Noble M400. The Rossion Q1 was essentially a re-bodied, more elegant version of its Noble M400 predecessor. During his time at Rossion, Mike was responsible for service work, service advising, drivetrain overhauls, custom builds, and track-prep for Rossion Q1s, Noble M12s, and Noble M400s. After 2 years, Mike left Rossion Automotive on good terms for a motorsports opportunity.
