Juan Sanchez, President and CEO, cofounded SR & Asociados Shipping, a freight forwarding company who joined logistics efforts with a local US Company based out of Miami, FL successfully moving and delivering worldwide commercial cargoes via the World Cargo Alliance , WCA, and from the South East Region (SER) and the North East Region (NER) of United to the Dominican Republic. To accomplish this enormous task, our President designed and implemented a system that aimed to the acquisition of Cargo Agents (CA) which were lacking the proper technology resources and process definitions to provide a streamlined service to their vast clientele throughout the regions. Taking possession of goods in the US is a well-defined process, but moving these goods to other countries takes an in depth knowledge of their local regulations, policies and procedures that are implemented by local government officials at destination. His system proved to increase the business cash flow. Our President and CEO created the entire business plan and social network strategies which resulted in cost effective cargoes verification, Customs clearance, and proper tax structure according to Tariff. The efforts resulted in a sound and highly profitable system that saved the joint venture nearly three thousands dollars on a weekly basis per container shipped. Over two hundred containers were shipped every month! His vast experience in the industry is the result of more than 10+ years of Professional Business Analysis and Process Improvements by working as the key liaison between CTO/CEO and seasoned Technology Developers from different countries simultaneously. by his peers, Juan Sanchez, enjoys helping other business entrepreneurs, students, international shippers, and finds great satisfaction working with disadvantaged community groups where he lectures in different topics that range from the proper use of technologies to business plans creation and operations. He is also the main sponsor of , an Non Governmental Organization (NGO) oriented to providing a helping hand to those less fortunate. Juan Sanchez holds a Management Information System Bachelor of Science (BS) from PACE University and another BS degree from BARRY University with a major in Professional Business Administration with a Minor in Computer Science. Further; his tenure in the United States NAVY/MIUW208 Unit, awarded him the opportunity to participate in over twenty technical courses in Advanced Technology and Operating Systems Transition.
