In an industry in which high turnover is the norm, we’re the exception. The average tenure of our principals is over 18 years. Ditto for our creative group heads. The fact is, when people join The Richards Group, many right out of school, they tend to stay. So when somebody gets to know your business, you know they’ll be in it for a very long time. We stay because our culture is one of respect for every individual in the company. One of them is being able to expand our offerings as our clients’ needs evolve. Having started life as a design firm before broadening our offerings to become a full-service agency at the request of a client, we just continued growing by building expertise in new areas. We have only one directive to the entrepreneurs among us who start these practices from the ground up: Build a practice so good, it could live all on its own. And so they have.
