Mission Statement Our goal is to provide the highest quality medical care with a level of personalized care not available anywhere else. We strive to educate our patients so they can make informed decisions about their care and discover how they can conquer their disease or problem rather than just being dragged along for the ride. We accomplish this by spending much more time with our patients and truly listening to their symptoms. Our patients are much more comfortable speaking with us since we are patient and nonjudgmental. We tailor treatment plans to each patient and teach our patients about both their disease and treatment so they can be better involved with their care. Dr Richard Chern has been seeing patients for nearly 25 years. He is Board Certified in Family Practice and has experience in both traditional and non-traditional medicine. After completing his residency he joined the Air Force as an Active Duty Flight Surgeon. He later became a member of the National Guard and finally a member or the Air Force Reserves and continues to serve at Eglin AFB. He has experience in public health, physiology, travel medicine, fatigue management and has provided volunteer medical services over the past 20 years. He is also trained to perform aesthetics as well as being certified to provide BioTE bio-identical hormone replacement. Trained in multiple modalities, Dr Richard Chern can review with you your goals of treatment and help you look and feel better with a combination of several different treatment options such as Botox, Juvederm and Voluma. We are now offering concierge services. Have you ever had a doctor come to your house? Have you ever had a clinic bring your medications to you at home? Have you ever had a doctor go through each lab and explain its significance or discuss each of your medications or truly do a complete history and physical? These are just some of the services we offer in our concierge packages. We are currently accepting patients for our concierge services which can include additional laboratory services, discounted visits, after hour and weekend care, house calls and additional wellness services not otherwise offered. Him, and his wonderful staff, go above and beyond, every visit!! Dr. Chern and his staff are absolutely wonderful. Kind, compassionate and truly caring. I get the Bio-Identical pellets from him and he is fast and painless. After being diagnosed with Hasinoto's I have not been feeling well. Other doctors would not give me an accurate dose of thryoid meds and Dr. Chern took the time to explain how the thyroid works and is graciously helping me get to the correct dosage. He truly cares about your health and helping to make you feel the best you can. I've been through several doctors since moving here and no one compares! Thanks Dr. Chern! Dr. Chern is an amazing doctor. One of the best that I've ever had the pleasure to meet. He is kind, intelligent, and very understanding. I would recommend him to anyone who is need of his assistance and from what I understand he has a wide range of expertise. All that being said it is his operations manager, Amanda, that makes the place go. She is extremely accommodating and will work to make sure that you have everything you need. Whether you need a refill called in or an appointment changed she is always there to help. If ever I need her she always returns my call even if she is away from the office. All and all Dr. Chern and Amanda have a great practice. Not only is their medical assistance top notch but they are truly caring people as well and that makes all the difference in the world.
