Bill is the founder and president of Rhines Capital Advisors.  He is a registered investment representative as well as a registered investment advisor representative.  He maintains Series 7,63, and 66 licenses as well as holding Life Insurance, Health Insurance and Annuity licenses.  Bill began his career in 1980 after graduating from Yale University with degrees in economics and administrative sciences.  With over 3 decades of experience at several major Wall Street firms, Bill founded RCA in 2006 to better serve his clients with truly independent and unbiased recommendations.  His extensive experience allows him not only to recognize the investment, tax, estate and retirement planning needs of the affluent investor but also the ability to provide detailed and unbiased solutions.
