Rhettro Development, LLC Currently, Rhettro Development has built and restored several houses on Young St. and Barbourville Dr. and is in the process of building student housing in the 700 Block of Gamble St. This area is quite convenient to FAMU and was originally built in the 1920’s for faculty and staff of FAMU. The goal is to restore the area back to the original exuberance, with the help of the City of Tallahassee, the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) and other government funding. Rhettro Development will be proposing a new urbanism to help modernize the entire area with street beautification, a village center located at the corner of Saxon Street and Floral Street, and a Linear Park located at the corner of Saxon Street and Nassau Street.
