Founded  by former senior bank executives and headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama, RGS Consulting Services combines regulatory experience along with practical banking experience to bring a unique ability to our services.  We provide a cost-effective solution to the community bank's need for an independent analysis of the loan portfolio among others services to aid the senior management in risk management and earnings enhancement.  RGS is not affiliated with any firm engaged in providing financial statement accounting or auditing services. .  She is a former Commissioned Examiner with the FDIC and is the only person in Alabama to earn the ABA designation of Certified Lender Business Banker.  She has developed internal loan review programs in various financial institutions.  She most recently served as Senior Vice President for Credit Administration in an Alabama financial institution.  has worked in the financial services industry since 1974.  He has worked in De Novo institutions as well as multi-bank holding company environment.  He has served in various capacities within the financial institutions including Chief Executive Officer, President, Chief Financial Officer and Senior Lender among others.  ...
