Get to know us! Nick has over 20 years’ experience in the marine and defence industries. Most recently he was Managing Director of Great Bridge Capital Advisors, a management consulting firm focused on helping private equity clients grow their marine and defence portfolio companies. Prior to this, Nick was Vice President and Managing Director of Survitec Group Americas. He was also an executive at Safariland Group and at Raytheon Company, and served four years as a U.S. naval officer, completing tours aboard USS CHANDLER (DDG 996) and SBU-22. Nick serves on local civic boards, including First Coast Manufacturers’ Association (FCMA) and the City of Jacksonville’s Environmental Protection Board (EPB). Tom brings over 30 years of marine industry experience to Revere, having worked in multiple capacities from technical services to quality and operations. He first joined Revere in 1980 at its original headquarters in New York and eventually followed the company to Florida where he successfully helped grow the business to new levels. When not at the office, Tom spends his time tackling projects around the house and spending time with his wife and grandson. Kini started with Revere Supply in 2004 as the customer service manager. Two acquisitions and 13 years later he is now the VP of Sales for Revere Survival Inc.. Kini has a passion for the marine industry and enjoys the relationships and friendships he has made being with the company. While off the clock, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two year old son as well as offshore chasing gamefish. Jessica started with Revere in 2007 as the Technical Design Manager, bringing with her diverse knowledge from years spent in the product development and manufacturing industries. Her current role as Director of Marketing and Technical Services encompasses a broad range of responsibilities. In her 10 years with Revere she has developed valuable relationships and is excited to see what the future holds for the company. Out of the office, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and children. John started with Revere in 2015 as an Outside Sales Manager. Born in Jacksonville, John was regularly on the water boating or fishing from a young age. Selling Marine Safety products came naturally as it aligns with his greatest passion. When not making sales calls or working shows, he enjoys spending time with his wife and dog, offshore fishing and hunting. Skip Howland, Government Business Development Skip has been working with hardware and software sales and business development for over 20 years. As VP Sales / Marketing Interphase Technologies (Marine Hardware) and Computer Associates as Western Director of Field Operations as well as for DRS and General Dynamics, he has a wide range of expertise and skills with law enforcement, government business development, and marine technologies. Currently he resides in Northern California. Cyd has been with Revere since 2014 as a Customer Service Representative. Every day she plays a critical role of keeping our customers well informed in all aspects of their business transactions, from providing product information to shipping estimates. Her Serving Revere has been a rewarding experience for Cyd who also owns a horse and works on a horse farm when not in the office.
