Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) was founded by Heather Mather in 2012. As a consultant she observed that a number of optometric practices lacked optimization of financial returns due to inaccurate billing and/or staff turnover. As the demand for insurance billing training increased she realized there was a need for dependable, well trained insurance billers to help practices thrive and outsourcing was a solution. It was a natural transition and RCM was born. It became such a pleasure seeing the results, she discontinued her consulting and became fully focused on growing RCM and the practices she worked with from the billing side. RCM is solely focused on optometric billing, and we tailor our services to be as individualized as your practice and its needs. We offer a wide range of services including, but not limited to billing, posting, accounts receivable, training, credentialing and more. We have clients nationwide, and service practices of all sizes. Whether your practice is start up or established, single or multiple location, and single or multiple providers, you can rest assured that RCM has the experience to handle your specific needs. We currently service OfficeMate, Revolution EHR, Compulink, Crystal PM, Eyefinity PM, AdvancedMD and MacPractice. RCM has been growing at a pace that allows us to keep our focus on our clients and train our team according to our high standards. We pride ourselves in treating your company as if it were our own. Although we are located all over the United States we are a tight knit family/team. We pool our knowledge and years of experience in order to give our clients accurate, efficient and friendly service.
