Today, his 20 year professional career shines with successes he’s earned with his dedication to those commitments. The people he has assembled believe that same dedication is at their core. As Chief Executive, Barnes’ leads Resolutions Title daily, continuously enhancing and reshaping a title company’s role. Through research and product testing, he’s found that providing tools and services, which are considered non-traditional to the industry, is a key factor in differentiating his new company. He has worked diligently to negotiate contracts with leading service providers, creating a portal for those services, easily accessible through Resolutions Title. When Aaron’s not focused on business, his time with his family is what he values most. He and his wife Lorrie have 2 boys, ages 9 and 6, with who they spend as much time as possible keeping involved in sports, art, and music. When he’s having fun or relaxing without his family, you’ll find him with friends, golfing, playing or coaching sports, or traveling. Ryan Budde brings twelve years of experience in escrow and closing to Resolutions Title. Built on his experiences with Continental REO Services, Commonwealth Land America, and Netco Title, Budde has developed a vision of a better title company, one that provides unremitting devotion and reliability to clients to make their experience with Resolutions Title seamless and satisfying. As Senior Vice President, Budde assists and helps manage every aspect of the company. His role is crucial to the daily operations and success of the company.
