Victoria Giraldo, Founder and President of Rescue Ladies, Inc. ith 18 years of experience as lifeguard and water safety in South Florida. She has been a certified lifeguard since 1999, and has taught her community how to swim in a safe environment since 2000. Victoria has trained and mentored an abundance of teens and adults, by sharing her knowledge with those aspiring Lifeguards and Water Safety Instructors. She has helped trained employees for many government facilities such as the City of Hialeah, Town of Medley, Miami-Dade County, City of Miami as well as local universities and colleges. She has also taught hundreds of classes throughtout the years developing a vast experience with groups of all ages. She has developed strong recreational skills to help innovate her team’s coaching skills throughout time. Victoria’s experience and great love for children has given her the need to help others and maintain a safe environment around the water. Our Mission The Mission of Rescue Ladies, Inc. is to provide high quality coaching in a fun and safe environment. e are constantly improving and updating our continuous education with the latest teaching methods to provide a highly scale service. Our friendly staff is certified through the American Red Cross and has a minimum of two to five years of experience with focus groups between young children and adults. We personally tailor a program for each individual so that they can reach their goals. We pride ourselves on being one of the few instructional companies in the United States who teach in both languages English and Spanish.
