We are a full service title company licensed to do business in the state of Florida specializing in Pinellas, Pasco, Hillsborough and surrounding counties. Nicole has worked in the title industry over 12 years. Nicole was born in Buffalo, New York and moved to the Tampa Bay area when she was just 8yrs old. At 20 year of age Nicole began her journey in the title world. She has done abstracting, processing & closing; Short sales are her expertise. She has her Associates in Business and is currently attending school to become a paralegal. Nicole is self-motivated and possesses excellent communication skills. Her priority is to handle each file with the highest standards of care, accuracy and courtesy. She is loyal to her Italian heritage as she loves to cook and socialize with friends and family on her free time. Laurie was born in Chicago, Illinois. Her son came along shortly after moving to Florida in 1981. She began her journey in the Real Estate/Title Industry in 1990. Laurie worked her way from receptionist, processor to closer within a year. She is a very pleasant and accommodating with her customers and realtors and always willing to help her coworkers when needed. Residential, and Commercial real estate purchases, refinances and short sales are included in her repertoire of expertise. Laurie is a proud grandmother of 2 beautiful boys. Judi was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee and grew up in Sarasota Florida. Judi has two children and four beautiful grandchildren. Her and her husband have owned and operated a ReMax office along with a title company. Judi has her bachelors in Fashion Merchandising and has her real estate license. Judi has been with us since 2009; she is a very hardworking and reliable employee who is always eager to help all her coworkers at any time. Judi and her husband always look forward to spending time with their grandkids. They love to fish and cook on their time off. Barb was born in Chicago, Illinois, and moved to Florida right out of high school with her parents. Shortly after that, she fell into an opportunity as a receptionist at a title insurance company at the age of 18 where her career in the Title world began. She later became a Licensed Closer and now with 35+ years’ experience continues to work hard and strive for good customer service and a pleasant closing experience for everyone. She recently celebrated her 33 year wedding anniversary, has 2 (grown) children, 1 grandchild and another on the way. In her spare time, she enjoys the beach, shopping and spending time with her family. Born in Brooklyn; Kim’s family moved to Florida and settled in Fort Lauderdale in 1975. She attended Auburn University and later became a paralegal in 1991. Kim began working for an Attorney owned Title Company where she began in the post-closing department and quickly moved into processing and closing files. In 2004 Kim was promoted to Regional Title Manager and was relocated to Naples/Fort Myers to open another branch. As the Real Estate market drastically slowed down in 2007 Kim lost her job. At this time she met her husband who she married in 2008 and later had a son who is her pride and joy. Kim comes to us with 20 years of experience. She is very detailed and prides herself in customer service and her willingness to “go the extra mile”. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and learning about & tasting new wines.
