RDAC's Profile Provides a Foundation for Proven Results. In 2005, a group of experienced apartment industry executives joined forces to create RentDebt, Inc. (RDI), a collection agency specifically geared to the multifamily industry with a strong focus on exceptional customer-service knowledge and expertise in the multifamily arena. Within two short years, RDI had gained such momentum within the industry that the leadership team realized they could further capitalize on the company’s success by strengthening its collection experience. So in 2007, RDI approached Automated Collection Services, Inc. (ACSI), a company with a proven record of dedicated collection experience since 1988, including a solid background in multifamily, to explore the possibility of combining the two companies’ strengths. RDAC was formed that same year, offering an exclusive multifamily company specializing in providing collection services for a variety of property management companies across the country. Our highly-trained, knowledgeable customer service team is available to answer questions about debtors, statements, reports, and anything else you need help with along the way, offering you a true partner in navigating the collection process. Angi got her start in property management in 1992 as a leasing consultant and worked her way up the corporate ladder, gaining knowledge, expertise, and passion for the industry. In 2004, Angi was presented with an opportunity that she couldn’t refuse and made the decision to transition to the supplier side. She joined forces with an experienced group of apartment industry executives to create RentDebt, Inc. (RDI), a collection agency specifically geared to the multifamily industry. It wasn’t long before the success of RebtDebt led to expansion, and Angi became the National Sales Director for the newly-created RentDebt Automated Collections, LLC, where she oversees aspects of sales and operations. Angi has obtained the following designations; National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP), Certified Apartment Supplier, (CAS). Angi is a NAA Leadership Lyceum Graduate. Laura joined RentDebt in June of 2013, bringing with her an extensive history in the multifamily industry that dates back to 2000. Her in-depth knowledge of day-to-day property management operations offers a new level of expertise, problem solving, strong leadership ability, and creative edge within the industry that RentDebt strives to provide, including adapting to evolving client needs, direction and organizational changes and regularly provides feedback to our clients on all aspects of the recovery process to ensure desired recovery results.  Creating and pursuing new business opportunities as well as managing new and existing client relationships, Laura offers insight and guidance to our clients, and is a trusted resource for community management and corporate leaders in their debt recovery efforts.  Prior to joining RentDebt, Laura worked with several industry owners and management companies. Vince has the right combination of experience and expertise to ensure that RDAC’s sales team has the right project management and client relationship skills necessary to produce a collaborative edge for our clients. Vince Duffy has experience dating to 1995 working in the debt collection markets. Vince has a proven ability to manage service-level agreement performance standards across multiple departments that support each debt collection contract and is an active participant in RDAC’s ability to meet client service and performance standards. He also provides his debt collection subject-matter knowledge throughout all phases of a client contract. Jennifer has experience in Client Services since 2005 and brings an in-depth knowledge of success-fully supporting company growth and operations. As Director of Client Services, Jennifer directs and is responsible for all aspects of RentDebt’s Client Services Team that supports RentDebt’s business partner’s needs.  RentDebt’s model for exceptional client service is founded on building strong relationships with both our client’s and internal departments in order to understand and work the expectations of both parties. Prior to joining RentDebt, Jennifer held various positions as Client Manager, Operations Manager, Account Manager and Media buyer supporting many fortune 500 clients.
