: Born in Miami, Florida, Felix completed his schooling and received his Business Management degree at the University of New Haven, Connecticut. He moved back to Orlando, Florida in 1983, and has been a local resident for the past 30 yrs. He decided to use the experience and knowledge as a Florida resident and got his Real estate license in 1996 and later in 2014 became a full - fledged Broker. His company, Rentas Realty Group LLC deals with residential and commercial properties. Felix is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese and enjoys spending time on the ocean with his family. He is 100% committed to his business and his clients are his top priority. : German has been a resident of Florida for over 30 years. He was born and raised in Arecibo, Puerto Rico before moving to the Central Florida area in 1988. Once here, he completed an associate degree in electronics technology and business management. German joined the Rentas Realty Group team on June 2017. Having lived through the modernization of Florida’s economic landscape and experiencing the shift from an agricultural to an industrialized community. German was inspired to become a Real Estate Licensed Agent. He has the knowledge and skills- including being fully bilingual in English and Spanish- to provide his clients with the best service.
