Driving Reliance Partners to the forefront of the insurance industry. As Co-Founder and CEO of Reliance Partners, Andrew has been an integral part of the company’s growth since its formation in 2009. He built the foundation of the company with an entrepreneurial spirit and a sharp eye on an ever-changing marketplace. Chad is President and COO of Reliance Partners where he leads sales and operations. He joined the team in August 2015 after 10 years in freight brokerage at Access America Transport and Coyote Logistics. Chad led AAT as President from 2010 until its merger with Coyote in 2014. He continued as President of Brokerage of the combined entity prior to joining Reliance Partners. Chad graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville College of Business with a B.S. in Logistics. He resides in Signal Mountain, with his wife Ann Marie and son Chandler. Chad enjoys spending time with family, travel and Tennessee football. Ronald served in the U.S. Marine Corps for four years and attended Chattanooga State, where he majored in business management. Ronald lives in Chickamauga, GA with his wife, Kristy, and his children Hayden and Cameron. He is a board member for East TN Make-A-Wish Foundation, serves as a volunteer for the Chickamauga Rec Association, supports Georgia’s Department of Children’s Services and enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his kids in sports and Tennessee football. As Senior Vice President of Reliance Partners, Laura Ann (L.A.) oversees finance, marketing and human resources. However, her contributions to the organization go well beyond her operations responsibilities. L.A. has a wealth of knowledge of the transportation industry as a whole, having founded an internal flatbed trucking company and brokerage division while serving as the risk manager for Thompson Appalachian Hardwoods. Jason is Senior Vice President of Sales at Reliance Partners where he manages a division of the Small Fleet Program. After 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, Jason joined Reliance Partners in May of 2013 as Director of the Small Fleet Program. Ashley is Senior Vice President of Sales at Reliance Partners where he manages a division of the Small Fleet Program. Ashley joined the team in 2012 after 10 years operating an asset-based trucking company. His experience in transportation and logistics led him to pursue a career with Reliance Partners’ transportation and logistics division. As Senior Director of Customer Service, Stephen plays a large role on the company’s operations team and leads Reliance’s service department. He joined the team in early 2017 bringing more than 20 years of insurance industry experience in independent agency management, sales and marketing.
