As General Manager of Reliable Review Services, Freda Jones is responsible for the performance and financial results of RRS. She is at the helm of developing new products and services and managing communication between RRS�s business units and upper management. A veteran of the IRO industry, Ms. Jones has been working in this field for 23 years, driven by a passion to serve her clients effectively and efficiently. She enjoys leading the RRS team and providing support and direction whenever it is needed. Freda is also a licensed Real Estate Agent, and in her down time she loves to stay active- whether it�s bowling, swimming, or going to the gym. Cari Tramontano brings over a decades� worth of national account management and executive sales leadership to her role as a National Account Executive at RRS. Whether in litigation or medical peer review services, Cari�s confidence and faith in the product strengthen her ability to be a steward for clients on the sales journey. Cari is a role model to both her children and her peers, and her commitment to hard work is evident in the care she takes to build relationships with clients, allowing them to trust they made the right decision partnering with RRS. Outside of RRS, Cari spends most of her quality time with family and friends, and her hobbies are photography and cake decorating. Company History Reliable Review Services (RRS) is a URAC accredited Independent Review Organization that offers peer review and related services to the Disability, Group Health, and Worker�s Compensation markets. We serve clients across the country, including large insurers, employers, and third-party administrators. RRS began in 2003 with a vision to provide employers, third-party administrators and disability insurers with professional case review resources focused on the disability industry, delivered through a nationwide network of physician experts. We began with one client, a major telecommunications company. We then embarked upon a path of controlled growth, building our physician network as we serve clients across the country, including large insurers, employers and third party administrators. Data is transmitted through a fiber optic line that provides speed, confidentiality and almost unlimited upload and download capacity. CEO, Reliable Review Services Mr. Franklin has 25 years experience developing and marketing managed health and employee absence programs to some of the nation's largest corporations and insurers. Prior to co-founding Reliable Review Services, he was co-founder of CORE, Inc., responsible for the rapid growth of the absence management business. He has guest lectured internationally to various professional groups on the dynamic changes in health and disability. Dr. Wright is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and received his Master of Science in Public Health degree from the University of Utah Medical Center and a Master of Science in Physiology (Occupational Medicine) from the Harvard School of Public Health. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and in Preventive Medicine (Occupational Medicine) and is certified by the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners. He is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians and a Fellow of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine. Dr. Wright is a former Assistant Professor of Occupational Medicine at the University of Southern California where he did occupational health research, teaching, and clinical practice, as well as past Medical Director of a nationwide provider of medical review services related to short term disability plans, ERISA appeals, and FMLA. He has been an occupational medical consultant to the U.S. Department of Energy and the U.S. Department of Labor, office of Workers’ Compensation Programs. Dr. Wright has published chapters in leading textbooks in his field and his publications include scientific research articles and reviews. He is editor and contributing author to a 2009 second edition of the medical textbook, Couturier's Occupational and Environmental Infectious Diseases.
