My name is Tom Wolf and I live in Longwood Florida. I have been a resident of Florida since 1967 and have lived in Central Florida for 17 years. I have been in business most of my adult life and have owned several businesses. I have been in the Community Association Management business for 20 years. and have worked for several of the larger property management companies. I started my management company January 2013 and personally manage a small portfolio of communities. These communities will have the advantage of an experienced manager who will instill confidence and a comfort level into my Board of Directors and Membership.
