Initially, our founder was the head of $50 million, bank owned wealth management business that he built from ground zero in six years. One day his friend suggested that he should do some consulting work for some of his clients. With that idea in mind, he decided to start Relationship Velocity. Managing Partner -Mr. DiLaura started in the financial services industry in 1986 as a successful licensed Broker on Wall Street. His knowledge of the industry spans marketing, sales, operations and compliance across all Financial Services sectors and is regularly relied upon by many of the top brand name companies within the industry including for consulting services including; Charles Schwab, USAA, DST, PNC Bank, among others. He has published a number of benchmark studies including; incentive compensation for wealth management, the secret of asset growth is managing net flows and modern lead management for financial service companies. His accomplishments have also been recognized by many industry rating services. Mr. DiLaura built the first integrated, vertical CRM for financial service industry in 1990 and started his own CRM company as the first cloud based and mobile enabled CRM software in 1996, which he sold to a Fortune 500 company in 2000. He also built an outsourced data management & sales reporting division within the acquiring company which still stands today as the industry leader for the asset management industry. He invented the means to do true wallet share analysis for the RIA channel in 2001 and similarly for the asset management industry in 2009. He has also designed and successfully implemented more than 50 CRM solutions globally and today operates a business consulting organization dedicated to the financial services industry. He has resided on the Board of Directors for companies in both the financial services and energy industries. He resides in Florida and is married with two children. EACOE- Glenn is an executive level, enterprise architect with 20 years of proven experience leading teams and initiatives on large, complex financial services specific Fortune 100 programs. His leadership has lead to improved top line revenue growth through marketing, sales and service transformation with companies like Goldman Sachs, Charles Schwab and USAA. He is also the founder of Capability Source, strategic partner of RELATIONSHIP VELOCITY and resides on both as a Board Member. CFP®, CLU- Laurie's 25 years of financial service experience includes 11 years with the Financial Planning Advisory Group and 10 years at M&T Bank where she supervised the development of comprehensive financial plans to the bank's high net worth and ultra high net worth clientele.
