Mr. Goldstein has extensive capital market, merchant and investment Banker with a results driven focus. Mr. Goldstein has an MBA in International Business from the University of Miami and has held the Series 7, 24, 79, 99, and 66 registrations with FINRA. Mitch has over 30 years of experience in the event and experiential marketing industry with unique skills and expertise in compliance, licensing and retail sales of regulated consumer goods. As an experienced entrepreneur and Chief Executive Officer, Mitch has a demonstrated history of working in the experiential marketing and regulated industry for the past 8 years where he supervised all areas of the company, planned and executed over 3000 events nationwide. Mitch has created new revenue streams through retail activations and promotional campaigns in the regulated sector with clients that include the largest regulated multi-national companies in the world.
