We don’t subscribe to an in-and- out approach instead we expect each visit to last as long as it takes to make sure you leave completely satisfied, with no lingering questions and armed with helpful information. And if we’re performing a specific exam or procedure,you can rest assured that we’re careful and precise. I really love Rego Rehab. I recently moved to the area and as a new patient have been to a couple of doctors but did not feel comfortable or that they were looking out for me and my husband. We know that anytime we have some health problems we can always count on Dr Malakov and the rest of the specialist to help us. We highly recommend Rego rehab in rego park area. I've only been going to Rego Rehab a short time, I am a patient of Dr. Malakovs, and I am happy with my choice. Dr. Malakov really listens to us (my husband is also his patient). He takes the time to talk to us so we don't feel rushed and end up leaving and thinking of questions we meant to ask but didn't have time. Sometimes we do have to wait a little past our appointment time, but I understand that it is because he takes time with each patient and I can appreciate that because I know that when it is my turn I'll get the same consideration. I have been going to Rego Rehab for years and left for a short time. I can only say that the doctor when I left was great but he did more referrals than examinations. When I asked my primary care physician to run a specific test, he said that " I needed to get that from my heart doctor and if I did not like that I could leave". And leave I did , right back to Rego Rehab. I am now under the care of Dr. Malakov, who is a great doctor and is one who really cares about his patients. I really love Rego Rehab.
