REDLER, INC., BRADENTON

The long-established company from Darmstadt has used its rotary valve for the transport of bulky, high-wear and high-viscosity materials to develop numerous pneumatic handling systems with an injector blow-through rotary valve (IDMS). Wherever there is a need to inject powdered or granular materials, into a process environment, there is a potential application for Schenck Process injection technology. Products can be continuously injected into process environments at smooth, easily controlled rates, with accuracies ±0.5% and against back pressures of 20 barg or more. … Schenck Process supplies quality components for drag chain conveying and elevating products. At the heart of these machines is our high quality drop forged chain. All assembled chains are supplied with an appropriate protective coating. … Who we are and what we do Schenck Process is the world market leader in measuring and process technology. Today, the company, founded more than 135 years ago as an iron foundry and scales factory in Darmstadt, is a global player. Thinking globally and acting locally isn’t a call from a central telephone support centre, it’s a team nearby guiding and planning everything for you – from optimizing processes to developing customized solutions. Harnessing the core competencies and capabilities of the Group members, the Schenck Process Group is organised along four Business Units (BU). Whether you are planning processing plants, feeding bulk solids, controlling material flow, recording commodity flow, weighing goods or automating manufacturing and transportation operations – Schenck Process is your reliable partner. We provide our customers with support where they need it most – on site. We produce customer-focused solutions and assume responsibility for the entire life cycle of our products. We value every one of our employees and help them develop their careers. We are committed to our staff whose safety is our number one priority in everything we do. We are proud of our independence which is secured by ongoing, profitable growth. We are committed to responsible, value-based management following our corporate standards and guidelines. We are synonymous with technological market leadership, innovations and outstanding quality. We secure long-term growth, as a global company, through a presence in all key markets. We endeavor to satisfy all legal safety requirements at all our sites and to protect our employees and the employees of our business partners from harm. We provide our employees with a place to work where all applicable health and safety standards are adhered to and all legal requirements met. We help to protect the environment by providing a variety of product solutions that either replace or reduce the amount of natural resources needed by industry. We reach business decisions in the interests of the company, not on the basis of the personal gain of individual managers or employees. We honor our contractual commitments. In order to avoid any misunderstanding or disappointment, we assess contracts and, unlike some other market participants, we sign contracts only if we are convinced that we are capable of fulfilling the contract. Our business partners and shareholders rely on correct information about business prospects and results of the Group. We strive to never disappoint our partner’s and shareholder’s faith in us. Credibility, fairness and respect in our dealings with each other, and when dealing with external business partners, are vital to us. We accept that there are certain business partners we cannot do business with. We do not do business through bribery, but rather by means of the objective benefits of the products and services that we offer to our customers. Managers and employees of Schenck Process do not accept bribes either directly or indirectly, nor do they give them to others. If we cannot win business contracts under this strict principle, then we accept the outcome. To provide our customers with the best possible solution and to support our strategy of having the most important technologies for any given process in-house, we regularly acquire other technology leaders in addition to our strong investments in R&D. Our goal has always been strong and sustainable growth and we plan to continue pursuing this aim.
