Eric has lived in the Northeast Florida area since September 1996. He bought his first home in October 2000, and also owns his own rental property. Eric is a Navy Veteran and has worked as an Electrician, a Senior Mortgage Servicing Representative, and as a Business Data Analyst. Eric has been married to his lovely wife since 2002, and has 3 beautiful daughters. Eric's hobbies include working on his garden tractors, tending to a small flock of backyard chickens, gardening, and home improvement. Last but not least, Eric is a Bible-based Christian, committed to fellowship and service.
