I recently completed work for THE PLAYERS Championship, PGA Tour, in which I hired, trained and lead a team of service staff for their VIP venue "THE PLAYERS Club". This was the PLAYERS first year of launching the product so it was critical to provide ticket holders with the best possible experience for future sales. My team of service staff was deployed as the first contact point, welcoming guests, registering their RFIP badges on handheld tablets, and promoting daily events.
Initial feedback was overwhelmingly positive and the Championship team was able to pre-sell venue tickets for next year's event already!
