Record Label Music was founded by Dennis Murcia, a music producer, bass player and media entertainment industry executive with work experience in A&R, radio, TV, artist development, production and digital technology. He has worked at KRBE radio, Telemundo TV, RCN radio, Caracol / Grupo Prisa radio, Clear Channel Broadcasting and Sony Music, where was A&R Label Manager and helped develop multi platinum superstar artist Shakira. He has produced albums for record labels such as Sony Music, Universal Music, Univisión, Codiscos, Discos Fuentes, as well as for many independent artists. A self proclaimed music addict and fan, he is an industry conference circuit regular, who can frequently be seen either speaking or attending MIDEM, SXSW, Digital Entertainment World, WOMEX, Digital Music Forum, San Francisco Music Tech, Music Biz, CES, Billboard, NY:LON and more. He has also attended many recording studio production clinics including Artist Management with the late Bill Aucoin (KISS), Songwriting with Desmond Child (Bon Jovi, Aerosmith), Mastering Techniques with Bob Ludwig, Production Techniques with Eddie Kramer (Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin), and Alan Parsons (Pink Floyd).
