Reassurance Inspections (RI) is a St. Pete based inspections company owned and operated by Wydel Simmons. During your inspection, R.I. will inspect the five most crucial aspects of your home; Building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and exterior finishes to determine the overall condition at the time of inspection. Any concerns will be photo documented and a description will be provided. We encourage clients to be present during the inspection to discuss any concerns pertaining to the property.
