Realty Wholesalers’s President Ben Stern anticipated the real estate crash before the market weakened and in mid 2006 rented out the Broward County Convention Center and auctioned off 104 of his properties in the largest private residential real estate auction in U.S. history, attended by over 3300 people. His activity encompasses the areas of buying, selling, leasing and renovating residential and commercial properties.
