John Hussey is the President of RealTrend, Inc, a Commercial Property Development and Management Company located in Orlando, Florida. He currently owns and manages over 500,000 sf of commercial office space in Central Florida and recently purchased a 77,000 square foot building in Nashville, TN, which he plans to convert into office condos. John has over 18 years of experience in the development and management of both commercial and residential property. He has been a Licensed Real Estate Broker since 1997. In addition to brokering properties, the company currently manages and leases over 300,000 million square feet of commercial real estate in the Central Florida area. Established in 1998, RealTrend, Inc. is a full service commercial real estate brokerage company. Throughout the years, RealTrend has developed and brokered numerous commercial properties of all asset types including high-rise office buildings, industrial facilities, nightclubs, restaurants, luxury condominiums and much more.
