He spent more than 25 years in international and real estate finance working for the most prominent institutional names in commercial and investment banking in the world. He has done billions of dollars in corporate finance as well as more than $3 billion of various real estate transactions across all real estate product types in construction, development, structured finance, CMBS and securitization, mezz debt, equity placement, and corporate turnarounds. He was formerly Senior Vice President - Development at Rahn Properties, Inc., Chief Investment Officer of Sterling Centrecorp, Inc., and is a partner at BRP Senior Housing. Jan has demonstrated success in ground-up develpment as well as the profitable repositioning of existing troubled real estate assets and companies. He earned a B.A. from The University of Michigan and holds an M.B.A. from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, majoring in accounting and finance. has over 30 years of property management experience including several years as Senior Property Manager for Trammell Crow Residential in West Palm Beach and 10 years at Crocker Realty Trust as Property Manager of Mizner Park in Boca Raton, Florida. Terri holds a B.S. degree in Business Management from West Virginia Wesleyan University.
