Our Business Model Our business model is to buy these under-performing motel properties and, generally, invest the necessary dollars to: Provide new furniture and fixtures. Once the above rehab is completed, we start re-leasing the entire property to a completely different tenant base. The operational side of our business model is to operate these motel properties on a weekly or monthly rental basis instead of daily rents while managerially controlling our tenant profile to help ensure that we only rent to law-abiding tenants who are currently employed – and who appreciate the affordable, safe, quality, alternative housing we offer the local, low income community.
