Mike Maddy oversees the corporate direction and strategy for ReadyWork Solutions global field operations, including sales, support, consulting, marketing, and alliances and channels. He focuses on strategy, leadership, innovation, and customers. Developed a series of courses in mortgage banking and real estate, including courses in FHA direct endorsement underwriting ,conventional loan underwriting, origination and processing of FHA, and VA loans. In addition to serving as the primary instructor for RWS, engaged Industry Specialists to develop and teach other courses of instruction , including Commercial Loans, SBA Loans, and Legal Aspects of Mortgages. Responsible for maintaining quality and comprehensive content of courses, constantly ensuring that material is up-to-date as industry guidelines and Federal regulations change. John Bassi is an experienced broker with more than 13 years of experience emphasizing sales, marketing, and business development in the Mortgage, residential listing, and home improvement contracting industries. Skilled and knowledgeable with all tools and blueprints related to residential real estate. After graduating from CalPoly with Honors, and working with Standard Oil for three years, He launched his career as an entrepreneur. He used what he learned with Standard Oil, and invested in a Chain of service stations. From 1974 forward he grew his businesses from a gasoline start-up to later owning restaurants, and finally a Mortgage Company in 2001. All this he achieved through his effective business planning, creative sales techniques, and innovative marketing. has more than twenty years’ experience in the finance, technology and hospitality industries, and for the past seven years he has led the company’s transformation from a successful FinTech business to a successful Outsource Services Provider. He has held senior management positions including V.P. Operations, Technical Director, V.P. Global Business Development and, Executive Chef! This combined experience of finance, technology and outsourcing gives Andrew a unique perspective on the risks and benefits facing businesses that seek to establish outsource operations.
