Reaching Milestones is one of the leading providers of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in the Southeastern United States. We are a privately owned organization dedicated to improving the lives of children and adults with disabilities by providing highly-effective, research-based behavioral interventions. We are a family-focused company dedicated to working with parents and other service providers, including school personnel, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and any other willing provider or caregiver, to provide our clients with the most comprehensive, effective, and consistent treatment plan. We have a team of well-skilled and dedicated individuals that have a wide range of experience working with clients with various disorders and of varying ages. Autism treatment is one of our areas of expertise. We provide center and home-based services and specialize in developing skill acquisition (i.e., language acquisition, social skills, etc.) and behavior reduction programs for individuals with Autism and related disorders. Our treatment approach is guided by the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), a method recommended by the U.S. Surgeon General as an effective treatment for Autism. We specialize in comprehensive behavioral treatment for children diagnosed with autism and other related disabilities. Our treatment programs are designed to reduce challenging behaviors, while teaching essential learning, language, social, and self-help skills. We have a dedicated team of clinicians who emphasize the importance of individualized treatment and parental involvement. Our belief is that every child, regardless of their disability or deficits, can make progress. We have found that a comprehensive ABA program, a dedicated staff, and involved parents consistently results in positive outcomes for these children. The Academy of Pediatrics fully supports and endorses ABA as an effective treatment for individuals with Autism. A Report of the Surgeon General states, "Thirty years of research demonstrated the efficacy of applied behavioral methods in reducing inappropriate behavior and in increasing communication, learning, and appropriate social behavior. Reaching Milestones offers home and clinic-based ABA treatment (“ABA Therapy”). We have clinics located in Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina. Our clinical team is comprised of Behavior Assistants (BA), Board Certified associate Behavior Analysts (BCaBA), and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). We conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions focused on reducing challenging behaviors and teaching essential skills. Data is collected on all primary target skills/behaviors and feedback is provided to the parents at the end of each session. Parent training sessions are strongly encouraged to optimize the results of ABA therapy.
